When winter plants

Examine the hiding places for wool and scale insects, namely the branches and the leaf undersides. Remove fallen leaves and dead plant parts regularly, so you protect your plants from fungal diseases. Immerse the pot in a bowl of lukewarm water for 15 minutes, so that the pests are forced upwards to get air. Can then thoroughly drain the bowl. If you want to be confident that you will allow in any unexpected guests, you can quarantine separately, which affected copies in a room for several days.
Not too much water the plants
During the winter it is watered primarily regularly, but sparingly, generally, it is enough one or two glasses completely once a week. Before pouring, check whether the Earth is dry because otherwise there is the danger that the roots will rot. Should one of your plants drop leaves in the next few weeks, is the reason the reduced lighting conditions or at a too high temperature and lack of water.
Outdoor winter plants

Cut plants before winter
